Our vintage " Petit Chablis " comes from young grapevines which give a chilly and fruity wine. The place - said “Chemin des chaumes” of Petit Chablis southeast displayed reveals its freshness from its first year of bottling. |
|
Our Chablis comes from argilo-calcareous trays which gives them all their minerality of ageing. We savour every vat to make the best assemblage of the different lands. This assemblage gives our main vintage with the place - said “Champréaux” and “La Bralée”. The first plot allows to express minerality and delicacy while the second brings roundness and notes of cool fruit. |
