Coming from a mass selection among the best plants of Domaine Vrignaud this Chablis Les Champréaux is finally very different from his cousin Chablis. It brings out a subtly complex nose of a saline minerality dressed with a spice robe between liquorice and star anise. Already the aroma suggests a body of purity and freshness. At the tasting the Soul of the wines of Chablis actually stands out by a sharp side that disappears in the charming elegance of the fruit while extending in the mouth by vanilla notes.
