Côtes de Fontenay
One might think that the few smoky notes of this Chablis Premier Cru come from barrel aging, to which Guillaume Vrignaud nevertheless preferred the stainless steel tank. It is in fact the terroir of the Côte de Fontenay and vineyards planted in 1955 that concentrate the aromas and the character ultimately Chablis of this wine.
